Credentialing
In order to begin the credentialing verification process, we ask
that candidates submit the following information: updated curricula
vitae, completed and signed PhysicianJobs.com application, signed
Release and Waiver, copies of current, valid state licenses and board
certifications, current DEA certificate, and three recent reference
letters.. We also require third party documentation/clarification on
all malpractice cases/incidents when these items arise on
PhysicianJobs.com's Provider application.
PhysicianJobs.com also assists providers in obtaining hospital
privileging prior to beginning their locum tenens assignment.
PhysicianJobs.com makes sure that the Client's Medical Staff Office
receives all the appropriate documentation needed to make a decision
regarding privileging without unnecessary delay.
